Overall a great personalized experience. The salesman is very good and knowledgeable at what he does. I really liked Zach I think because he didn't pitch us into something we didn't need. This place is absolutely amazing with customer service and selection! Zach was a phenomenal sales person who took the time to get to know my husband and I. With this feeling, we will definitely be more than a one-time customer! We are lucky to have this gem in our valley! No need to shop out of town or at major retailers especially since Waterbed Showcase beats the corporate prices! At Waterbed Showcase there is WAY more than just waterbeds!!! The extensive floor models allows you to actually see what each mattress and boxsprings will do for you! With this in mind, who would want to roll the dice ordering online and potentially getting the worst nights sleep??
