Ordered my food fast, and they got the order correct. And when I got to the window everyone was very polite

Busy place, but girl making the ice cream treats was awesome! Great service

I feel like their staff need to be retrained... they all just seem to wander around back there every time I go there

Tonight went to get food from DQ everything went good until I pulled into the drive-thru. The employees were to busy cleaning and making sure they could leave as soon as possible. Never told me how long I had to wait although it was clear they knew I'd be waiting about 20 minutes. Usually have good service there but whoever was working tonight had some of the worst customer service I've ever seen! Also come to see they forgot some of my order along with getting one of the items wrong.

I am watching what I eat and their menu, including calories, made it really easy to make healthy choices.
