John L. helped us locate the perfect recliner. He showed us different options and help us pick one that was the right fit. He never pressured us but let us make our own decision. Denny was very helpful! Our furniture was loaded quickly. There was a little hang up with the dresser but the solution was fair and satisfactory. Will definitely be back.

When we arrived we we're greeted within 10 seconds and welcomed to the store.. The salesman was not at all pushy. He explained different features of what I was buying. He was very knowledgeable of the items he was selling. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision he gave me time to think on it.

We have been very happy with the help that Sandy has given us with buying a recliner and the base for my bed. She has been wonderful help. Everybody in the store is very friendly and courteous and right there to help out anything. The delivery guys were also very friendly and helpful.

I was greeted promptly upon entering Bruce Furniture and shown numerous chairs that fit my criteria. Denny was most helpful in pointing out different features on the chairs I looked at.
