I was not impressed with the service to say the least. Felt like no effort was put into anything. This is a huge sports eatery and it felt like I was eating in a food court. From waitresses having their kids taking up a whole table for 6-8 ppl to have too many ppl working that the wait for our food or drink was unwarranted. The food was tasteless and NOT roosters is known for. Between atlest 2 Male (possibly in their mid to late 30s) supervisors/managers walking around dressed like fraternity boys and not helping out. I waited a long time for one close to me but I'm still inclined to drive to Columbus for mine, this one is a disaster.
