Super nice, not pushy. Bought a stove and now a freezer. We bought the freezer during covid so we delayed picking it up. They stored it in the warehouse for 6 months and never charged extra. They've been nothing but kind to me and mine. I'm looking forward to the christmas display to take my grandkids to see it. Thanks everyone that works there.

I just recently purchased a bedroom set from Sam’s with everything going on I have still kept in contact with them and they have been nothing but polite and understanding! I highly recommend this company if you want a good family oriented business. Tyler is exactly what customer service is supposed to represent! I could not recommend a better furniture place!
Jessica Firth was my sales rep and she is an absolute jem! Decent place to get furniture, other than getting it delivered and it being broke and taking a week or so to get the furniture replaced, they don’t seem to care much about customer Satisfaction but it is what it is lol.
