Sometimes you need to get out of your comfort zone (Amazon) and see what you can find out in the world. That is how I found Westlund Distributing. My first contact by phone was with the very pleasant, Rose. Twice, I needed to follow up with calls to correct mistakes I had made when ordering. Nikki was terrific on both occasions. The ladies are a pleasure to deal with. Both were professional and accommodating to my small problems. I could not have had better service. They know their stuff. The shipping was amazing and the prices were better than I found anywhere else. Do not hesitate if Westlund has something you need. This was a nice surprise.

Renovating my kitchen and needed some unique hinges. Not only did they have plenty, but they were the best price by far. Customer service is incredible. UPS lost my package, and since I'm under a time frame to finish the project, they pulled the rest of their inventory and shipped it within a matter of hours. Very impressed. Will continue using them as much as I can.

Ordered 2 Rev-a-Shelf pull down closet rods on-line. They arrived promptly. The units were installed and one of the armatures did not retract properly. This unfortunately is a Rev-a-Shelf warranty issue. I called Westland and was told that they could not take the product back since it had been installed and that something may have happened during installation. I was surprised that they were not going to take care of a warranty issue for product that they distributed. I did ask to speak to a manager, and she promptly had a replacement mailed.
