Bought a grill as a present for a family member, had it assembled, but Lowe's couldn't find it when I went to pick it up. Misty took all my contact info, called me like she said that Monday and kept me updated until they delivered it for me. Misty went beyond what I expected and it was such a great experience

My plans were to buy a dryer and a microwave but I only ended up buying a microwave. Trouble began when the appliances manager didn't return my call. The latest issue is because they wouldn't install the microwave above the stove. I'm even willing to buy another microwave. One that's the same size as the old microwave so the tile doesn't need to be drilled. After being assured a call was coming, I'm still waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Still several hundred dollars in debt to Lowe's.

The store way fine. The cashier was to busy trying to do to many things at once. He was talking to a customer. Then came over and rang us up. Told me the total and then walked away and started talking to another customer. I stood there with my money in hand for a couple minutes waiting while he was looking at something on his cell phone. He finally said oh sorry did know you were paying like that. Then he took my money layed it on the counter and got distracted with something else. When he got back to giving me my change he had trouble figuring out how to give $2.70 change.first he gave me $1 and 1 quarter 1 nickle and 4 dimes. Then he said oh I owe you another dollar. So he handed me the dollar. Why give me a bunch of change when he clearly had a bunch of quarters in his drawer. He would have been better off dealing with one customer at a time instead of going back and forth.
