We had an awesome experience at Builder’s Surplus, as Dana, Matt, and Shelley gave great customer service throughout our process of picking out items for our home. They went above and beyond to help us purchase 4 granite tops, sinks, doors, vanity and a faucet. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. We purchased our countertops here and John and Loralee were so helpful throughout the whole process. We were told by them and the installers that our kitchen was a challenging one due to the size and layout. The countertops were just installed yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out! We chose Shadow Stone and they told us it can vary greatly from slab to slab but they did such a great job of matching up the slabs for a nice, seamless look!

Horrible experience with countertop installation. The first attempt the fabricator cut our countertop incorrectly. We had to wait an additional week to have a new slab cut. Now it is install day and we have had to follow up with them 4 separate times today to see when they are coming to install. We still don’t even have an estimate. I have two young children (2 years old and 5 months) at home and we are going on week 3 with no countertops and one sink in the house. It’s a shame because the person we worked with in store was such a help, so much so that I was planning on getting all my home renovation materials from Builders Surplus but now will take my money elsewhere.

We had an issue with a countertop which was very disappointing... after talking with the store Manager Dana he was able to correct the situation and make everyone happy ! Thank you so much !
