Came in on a Black Friday and the sales associates were busy but acknowledged us and were very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining our options and let us decide what we liked best. They went above and beyond and made the experience of buying a mattress an enjoyable one.
The staff was polite, knowledgeable about the mattresses and adjustable frames. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted and with 5-10 minutes had it narrowed down to 2 great choices. I highly recommend the Newport Location.
My salesman, Zach, was extremely helpful and patient. He understood my needs and made sure to help me get a mattress that I was happy with and have it delivered within the week. I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to answer any questions I had about financing my purchase.
