The therapist was great. However, one of the people at the front desk had her mask off the entire time i was in the waiting area..too close for comfort. Considering we have a state mask mandate, and ideally you want to feel safe and comfy when going to get a massage this was not relaxing. Im considering not returning if this is general practice.

Elements has great caring staff who listens to my concerns and helps me work through them and also provides awesome massage to fit my needs. I'm comfortable here and I recommend them to all my friends.

I was excited to try Elements as I was seeking a reasonable monthly program to do some work on my upper body. My massage time was moved after booking my appointment 3 weeks in advance but the receptionist was very communicative and called to let me know. The lobby was beautiful and the receptionist was friendly but the rooms themselves were not very relaxing and it felt like a cubicle. I could hear whenever a door from another room opened/closed. The massage table did not get very hot, the oil used was not warm and almost cold to the touch. My masseuse was short with me and I felt used the time inefficiently doing repetitive motions on my shoulders for long periods of time. I asked for firm pressure but continued getting very light pressure which provided no significant relief to the tension in my back. When the hour was up I was left thinking, “that’s it?” I have gotten better massages from my boyfriend/family that didn’t cost $80. My masseuse seemed exhausted as it was later in the day and she probably had many appointments before mine. I would consider going back to a different therapist and would recommend asking the receptionist what masseuse best fits your needs before booking. Hopefully the therapists are getting compensated well and can enhance their techniques in the future.

First time getting a massage and booked an appt with Fernanda. She was great and I really appreciated her skill-set! I initially asked for light pressure but changed it to slightly deeper after she began. I also asked her to focus on certain areas due to chronic pain I was experiencing. She exceeded my expectations and I felt extraordinary after my session. I cannot wait to book with her again next month!

Lauren was my therapist. It was my first time getting a massage. She paid attention to my expectations, was thorough, professional, and truly respected and made me enjoy the whole experience. Will definitely return.
