My technician Laura was incredible! She was knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend her! The facility was clean and the rest of the staff was welcoming as well.
Lori had wonderful customer services and answered my questions for my services. She helped me find the best price and suggestions virtually. I paid in full for my services BUT 3 days after purchase I still did not hear from the location close to me. I decided to call so I could get in ASAP and the receptionist informed me the wait for my treatment was out 2.5 months. I am disappointment and feel scammed that I paid so much but was never informed about my wait time. Lori said it would be soon and I would have a 'summer ready body'. I was very excited and now I am fearful I will have lost my $ and have no results. I would have liked more clarity on scheduling as I now feel lied to just to get a payment in. My phone call and virtual consults were very polite but actions speak louder than words and I have NO actions at this point. Please help right this wrong - word of mouth for services can hinder businesses.nnUpdate 3/2/21 - Still no response from customer service other than this wording below. No action.
Everyone is so great and professional. They are patient and understanding when I need a break. They work with you and your scheduled. The quality of their equipment is outstanding. Ive hardly had to shave at all, which is so amazing.
I can not say enough about this location!! The receptionists (Lindsey) are ALWAYS super friendly, and always willing to listen to my chatter without telling me I’m crazy ud83dude1c. They are really laid back and never made me feel pressured to buy more than I wanted or could afford. Always willing to work with me and answer my questions, even when I call 174 times before committing ud83dude2c. Then there’s the nurses, my favorite is Laura, who are SO knowledgeable and professional and again, never pressure me for more. They don’t know it yet but we may be best friends ud83dude0f.
Absolutely have loved both of my experiences with Ideal Image. Every step from the virtual consultation to in person treatment was amazing. I felt extremely comfortable going over pricing and what I needed. I feel both the consultants and practitioner were very honest about what I needed and never tried to sell me on anything. They actually kept me grounded and realistic about what fillers and wrinkle relaxers I needed oppose to what I wanted :) During my injections my practitioner was so friendly and left absolutely zero bruising. I had no pain and my results were amazing. Definitely recommend
