Thrilled to have fiber optic internet service through the cooperation of Butler Rural Electric Cooperative and Cincinnati Bell! The sales person, linemen, and installer were all competent, thoughtful, and kind. Very pleased with everything and immensely grateful.

I've been a customer on and off for the last 10 years. Like today, I have to call 2-3 times a year to have a bill that was too high corrected. The service has been very reliable and it's a shame that billing isn't.

Cincinnati BellnnMichael was our installer today. When he called before he came to the house the wife noted how positive he was to her on the phone. Michael was amazing and so nice and considerate to us, he was so incredible with the wife and I . His concern for our home inside and out was noticed. We just had our home sided and he had to attached the box and wires onto the new siding (he was so considerate about this) . In the house when drilling to bring the wire from downstairs to the modem on the main floor he was considerate on where to place the hole. His quality of work was very high. His social skills again, were well noted. Michael put sunshine in our lives in many ways this day by being himself and now having high speed internet for the first time and our home phone with CB now.nnSomewhere we had a cross connection with the home phone wires and Michael was so patient and calm (he figured it out). Michael's positive ways and his high workmanship confirms we made great decision in going with CB for our home phone and now high speed internet. Michael's ways were definitely a 5 Star performance for sure this day.... THANK YOU CINCINNATI BELL !!!!
