Sprint was one of my favorite mobile networks and it is sad because it's going out of business on August 2 I will definitely miss Sprint you'll never be forgetton Sprint.nR.i.P Sprint 1987-2020

I visited this location because I was having issues with my old iPhone 7. Andrew the assistant manager of this location was the only person working at the time and was assisting customers when I came in. He quickly assisted their needs and then turned his attention to me. After explaining to Andrew what is going on with my phone he took a look at my account. He then explained that I was eligible for an upgrade on my account. After choosing the phone that fit my needs and was the most cost-effective. I now have an iPhone XR that I am paying less for than my original iPhone 7. While trying to finish the transaction Andrew had encountered a computer error. This unfortunate error had increased the time that I was in the store, he grew frustrated. But at the same time stayed calm and solved the issue. I work in customer service on a daily basis. Sometimes you can’t predict obstacles that make a simple task harder. But overall Andrew was very professional, efficient, and he’s a problem solver. He brought a sense of humor to my visit too and carried on conversation while trying to resolve the computer error. I would say that sprint is very lucky to have a representative like Andrew working for them. So, in closing I give my visit 5 stars! If you need assistance with sprint visit this store and ask for Andrew. He is very knowledgeable of the services, phones, and warranties that sprint offers!
