My experience at the store was a very pleasant one. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, answered any questions I might had. In fact he was so good I never went to check out othernmattress stores in the area. I purchased a mattress and a adjustable base. When getting the paper work in order the other salesman made light conversation with my daughter and myself. Such a comfortable environment, my daughter also purchased the same mattress and adjustable base.nHighly recommend Mattress Firm!
Samuel was sweet and helpful. My children and I made it to the store 20 minutes early and Sam noticed us waiting outside. He kindly opened the doors and spent time explaining several products of interest. It was nice to have individual attention and personal feedback on the specific mattress I purchased.
Eric was great. He made suggestions based on our needs and then gave us time and space to try out the mattress we were interested in. He was also very accommodating with working out the best deal for bonus items with our new mattress.
Staff was a little rude when selecting the mattress, he seemed in a rush and almost annoyed we were there but was efficient and quick in the process. I didn’t need or really want small talk but customer service could use some work.
Very pleasant experience. Sales person was very helpful and courteous. Would recommend this store.
