Colin was great to work with, as my situation is unique. My husband is a incomplete Paraplegic , so my daughter and I went first to narrow done the field. Colin answered all of our questions and even gave us his phone number if we had any questions later. My husband did have some questions and I texted Colin and he was very prompt in answering all of our questions. My husband and I went to the store so he could try the sofa out. Colin met us at the door and made sure that we had all of the information we needed to make our decision to go ahead with the purchase. The process was very easy and we are now enjoying our new sofa.nnColin was great to work with, but after a month our sofa had a core failure and it took 2 months for the cores to come in. The couch was picked up and taken back to the store for the Tech to install the new cores. After the couch was delivered back after the repair, 2 days and the one side has sunk at least 3 inches. We are now another 2 weeks out and have not heard back on what is going to be done. After spending almost 5 grand, I expect more service than what we are getting at this point!nWould I buy from Schneiderman’s again??

From the moment we walked into the store, through the purchase, explaination of billing options and all the way through delivery, FANTASTIC customer service.nEverything was clearly explained and ALL of our questions were answered. The transparency of this purchase was second to none.nUnder promised and over delivered.nSchneiderman's will be my 1st stop for and furniture needs or wants.nTHANK YOU!!

Our experience here was quite unfortunate. We made it through every inch of the store, in which many employees were working -some conversing with one another - without a single acknowledgement. We had some ideas of what we wanted to purchase but the other furniture stores provided a much better customer experience and validation. Hopefully this review helps other customers or the store improve their services.

After searching for endless hours for a couch that would fit in our abnormal sized space with no luck we stopped in and we're greeted by a wonderful woman who helped us customize exactly what we needed and we're looking for. She made the experience enjoyable and we will definitely come back again
