I loved the diaper tote I received from Trend Lab! It will be perfect for bringing all of our supplies back and forth from the bedroom to the living room! And the best part! It came in less than two days!!!

They change their close time a lot, severely limiting the times working parents can swing in. Be sure to call and talk to someone before leaving because they do not update their website or phone message. Their prices tend to be higher anyway. The reason I had continued to shop there was the variety of options they had in stock to see things in person and the helpful staff, but it's not worth the drive to be turned away.

Drove all they way from Princeton, MN to buy my stroller system. Turns out its no longer carried, yet on the website it says ready for pick up in 2 hours with online ordering. The gentleman who we asked questions was nice tried to help by letting us know they are still available at target. We where going to look around for more things but by this time I was tired and frustrated. Glad we left when we did because as we where leaving we heard a very rude cashier upfront talking in what would be the worst tone a customer should ever be talk to. Wont be back again.

Came here twice looking for car seat for our first baby. Me and my wife were looking for a car seat (30 minute visits) and we had been waiting for someone to come help us but no one ever came. I recognized a employee who kept ignoring to help us but helped other customers. He is the bigger guy named Andrew. I dont usually post bad reviews but I found this extremely unacceptable since we are POC. Thanks for the experience!
