We were looking for two recliners and had extremely great customer service with Tam. He showed us a variety of styles and we found the perfect recliners! We needed one to have extra height and he was able to give us an example of the recliner. We couldn't be more excited about our purchase and look forward to receiving our chairs! We give Tam 5 stars for his exceptional customer service.

It’s hard to give an overall review for this experience. The salesperson/designer I worked with was great. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me at all. The delivery took 16 weeks, which was a few weeks longer than expected, but I ordered this knowing that COVID was disrupting supply chains. The two men who delivered my furniture were friendly and professional.nBut...one piece of my sectional arrived with the wrong fabric. We confirmed that the order was correct. I am now waiting another 4 weeks for the correct version to be rebuilt. It is likely that I will have to take a day off work for a second delivery. The store called me right away and let me know what was going on, and we are keeping the incorrect piece until the replacement arrives.nThe sectional pieces in my house now are as advertised, comfortable and supportive; a big improvement over what they replaced. It’s just frustrating to wait and schedule delivery again.

Found the perfect couch, lift top coffee table and side table. Great customer service and prices. The hardest thing was choosing the fabric! Thank you AJ for an easy shopping experience!

Mai Lou very helpful. Loved the assortment of fabrics. Mai Lou and Maggie emailed us a 3D view of our room with the furniture we ordered! It was amazing!!! More excited to get our custom designed Lazy Boy sofa and recliners!nOnly downer ...4-6 months for delivery

The gal we worked with was very nice. I gave her $600.00 and she went to get change but they only had $20.00 bills. The change should have been 17.41. So instead I gave her a debit card and she put it thru for 100.00 and also gave me 82.59. I just put the money in my pocket and did not question anything. Later she called and said she did it wrong. Today I went back to the store and she credited back the 100.00 and debited 82.59. I gave her back the 82.59 that she gave me. Working with real money rather than credit card was hard for her. We could have had her give us 20.00 and we could have given her 3.00 and not worried about the 41 cents.
