I only went in to get a pillow I had researched and it took quite a long time! The staff was courteous but the process took what I thought was way too long to buy a pillow.

I went in to buy a mattress a couple of days ago and couldn't be happier. The sales guy was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable on all the models while I switched to different mattresses 20+ times. I ended up buying a mattress and adjustable base and can't wait for it to be delivered!

Very helpful. Came wanting to try out nine different mattresses from the website. Only had about six in store to try out. They didn't have very many of the foam ones for some reason. Guys kept on switching out the single wide mattresses over and over for us to try it out. Due to covid we had to put a cover over the pillows. Bought both a queen and california king. They will ship to your home and take away the old mattresses for $100. They have 120 day try to buy policy (return for 10% restock charge to replace or 20% restock to return), but it doesn't apply to california king and special order mattresses.

Neil was great! I stopped on a Monday and he talked me through mattresses and bases. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything that day and he allowed me to think about it and come back a couple days later. I went back on a Thursday and ended up back at square one and was unsure what mattress and base I wanted to go with. He was extremely patient with me and gave me every detail I needed. He ended up giving me a PHENOMENAL deal with the best mattress I have ever laid on. It’s a big purchase, but Neil made the process easy and smooth. I am so excited to get my new mattress and adjustable base! Thanks Neil!!
