Our new bed came today. I love it! Absolutely wonderful and worth the wait. Delivery was smooth. Guys were quite, on time, professional. Our service at the Woodbury store was phenomenal. They were not pushy and were very informative and knowledgeable. We will be back for more furniture soon!

I have nothing but good things to say about Bohrofaka's. First was shopping during Covid-19: they made us feel safe, were professional in their cleaning, observing safety procedures, etc. Second was their product: our dining room table (complete with three leaves) is absolutely gorgeous and I can tell it will be the gathering place for holiday meals for the rest of our lives. Third was their transparency and honesty: the sales person took her time with us, always concentrating on what we wanted in our design answering our questions and not pushing us. In addition, when our table arrived, the delivery person took time to point out that there was a flaw which caused a gap when all leaves were in. He then told me how to request a repair (which was quite easy, just filling out a line on the receipt) and told me I would hear back to arrange repair/fixing the issue. Sure enough, they called arranged pick-up, repaired the table by adding clasps, and dropped it of less than a week after pickup.nnI'll be honest, Bohrofaka's is too expensive to get all our furniture from. But if you want a wonderful, high quality piece from a company that listens to you and will fix any mistakes to make sure you get exactly what you want, they are the place.

My first visit was an excellent experience. I was impressed with the quality of the furniture (quite a bit higher than Hom, Becker or Slumberland) and the manner and depth of knowledge of the salesperson, Jeremy. The pricing reflects their quality but in the piece we purchased today, longevity was the priority so pricing was in line. You won't find cutting-edge, contemporary styling here, but there is a range of beautifully crafted, beautifully designed furniture here (a good deal of it built in partnership with Amish and Mennonite craftsman) with many options for customizing. They also offer a 287-year, 10-generation warranty. We'll be back.
