We are very happy with our bedroom furniture! Our salesperson, Peggy, took her time with us and answered all our questions. She showed us different options using the manufacturer’s catalogs and made sure we had seen all of the sets on her show floor. Her knowledge and expertise were stellar. Our delivery went smoothly and the delivery staff took great care in setting up our furniture. Thanks, Peggy, and HOM Furniture, for making this a very pleasant experience.

My sales rep, Lindsey Conley, was great. She helped me find what I needed quickly and really assisted in managing some complicated aspects of the purchase. She was wonderful. The delivery of the items was flawless too. You have a really great system setup for it and I especially liked the ability to track where the delivery truck was on the actual delivery day. The delivery guys were fantastic as well. I was very impressed with the entire experience from purchase to delivery.

Jacob, a service representative at the Home Furniture store here in Minnesota was absolutely wonderful with us... He was very patient was very knowledgeable about the mattresses that we are trying out... And most of all give us space to try to fit what would give us the most satisfaction in our budget. I can't say enough about the exemplary service that was given!

We are very happy with our purchases and the service we received. We appreciated Katie and her decorating advise. ( although no longer in this position)nWe really appreciate Todd H. in the flooring department. He is very professional, kind and helpful.nWe will be back to finish the last bit of area we have to re floor.nWe love our luxury vinyl and our lush carpet through out !

This is one of many purchases we have made at HOM over the years. As expected we found our perfect deck set and Colleen was so very helpful. She checked out many features of the set and researched the answers to all of our questions. We left feeling confident and comfortable that what we will be getting is both durable and beautiful.
