Was impressed from day#1. The representative showed up at our house on time for the appointment and listened sincerely to what we wanted to accomplish. He asked many questions giving us comfort he was ‘soaking in’ our ideas and formulating ideas. He offered a variety of additional features to consider.nA proposal was sent promptly. We then went to their offices to view demonstrations of various different capabilities.nAfter signing the contract an install date was scheduled. Technicians show up on time. They were very professional, articulate, and diligent in performing the work. After the work was completed the project manager reviewed all upgrades in detail with us making sure nothing had overlooked. They followed thru on the final “punch list” making sure we were satisfied and everything had been completed as promised.nWe would recommend Simptech Solutions to anyone / everyone!!!

We are out of the honeymoon phase, but still new customers, but I can say without a hesitation that Simp Tech Solutions has produced all that was promised. Our system works, and when there are small adjusts, the technical service system is there to help. They are professional, and always responsive. I really cannot say enough great things about the company. I am extremely happy that I called them.

Extremely happy with our new system we are having installed in the house. The control 4 system is operating great and we are very happy with the equipment we have purchased from Simptech for the project. Can't wait to get the whole thing finished and see the project completely finished. Not sure I felt it could be better in real life than I had in my head but so far it is.
