The bakery goods I ordered via the website were delicious. I found that both my exchanges over the phone and in person regarding customer service could have been better. It isn’t the friendliest bakery I’ve frequented. Great for special orders but I don’t think I’d make it my usual place. The products themselves were good.
My husband and I recommend Dorothy Ann Bakery to everyone!!! Their cakes are absolutely divine and beautifully decorated, as well!!! Their customer service is superb and their baked goods are exquisite. These factors alone have caused us to choose them over any other bakery in the Twin Cities!!!
How did I not know about Dorothy Ann's? Yummy experience with wide selection that exceeded my wildest expectations! Buffalo Chicken soup and wraps were memorable. Pastry selection was eminence and what we tried we loved!! Recommending to all.
We love Dorothy Ann! They did our wedding dessert bar back in May 2019 and we have been visiting them since. I placed a last minute order for my husband’s birthday and it turned out great. High quality product at reasonable prices.
I changed my rating from a 5 star to a 2 star I order every Sunday for some of the employees i work with and when I called in a order they said they were going to charge me 50 cents per bag which is 13 bags I don't get a box because then I would have to put it on the floor under my register.
