Couldn't find any employees to help me out. Then when I did, they didn't have a key to the showcase and didn't know who did. Took 10 minutes just to find somebody that worked at the place and they were no help at all. I left the store without the stuff I needed. I'll likely never return to the why over priced store again. Not by choice anyway

Rude customer service. My husband tried returning a defective ice shelter. Manager was upset at the “number of people trying to return them” and gave him a hard time. Employees took the shelter out back and popped it up and denied that it was defective (we know the poles bent in spots they weren’t supposed to be and was just not popping up properly) when we know for sure each of the times we set it up that it was. They have a policy to accept returns. What reason is there to give a customer a hard time and effectively ruin their day by attempting to refuse a return and say “no, you’re wrong, it’s not doing what you said it’s doing.” We will be taking future business elsewhere.

Good alternative to the other home improvement in farm supply stores and town. Seems to stock less Chinese junk then fleet farm in menards, and has a better selection of dog supplies in particular. Since it's new it's clean, well lit, and easy to navigate.

Very clean store with a wide variety of product. Friendly service and very helpful. I will definitely return. Much nicer than Fleet Farm.
