Ordered a lay z boy sofa and love seat. The salesman was nice and professional. Delivery was not so much. Both units were delivered at different times. Had no issues with the sofa, got a call and was placed where we wanted. Love seat was not placed where we wanted and never got a call when they were making the delivery. Sofa was outside for a couple hours on the sidewalk on a busy street before noticing it was delivered. When we asked why we didn't get a call, they blamed it on us for not responding to a text that I did and even mentioned I would be home to receive
Wanted to get a good Black Friday deal on a chaise sofa, called the Waite Park Slumberland and talked to KOREY SUFKA. Let’s just say, best customer service hands down! Korey told us to be there Friday morning bright & early. We got there and waited for two hours! When the doors opened Korey was waiting for us, bright eyed and eager to make a great sale. He was loyal, kind, determined, and overall great guy! He made sure we got the product we wanted and even more! Go see KOREY! He’s the best!!!! Korey followed through with us and gave us what we were looking for. He deserves a raise for his great service and mannerism! Happy Black Friday shopping!!!!
Adam was great! He answered all our questions with very specific knowledge of all the beds we were looking at. No pressure and gave us plenty of time to think about our decision. I would definitely recommend them!
