I was very happy with my experience at the Sleep Number store. I did not know any information on the beds except for what was on line so I really appreciated all the help I was given. I also appreciated no pressure for a purchase and the products are such high quality it is awesome to see good customer care as a top priority. Thanks so much to the sales team you are super!nMary

I came into the store based on the TV advertisements. Tried the various models and chose the bed best for me. Though it wasn't the ad unit, it was the best for me. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the product.

our experience at the sleep number store was excellent. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything you needed to know about a 360 sleep number bed. we were allowed to lay on many of the mattress and see what best fit our bodies for how we sleep. We were never pressured to purchase a bed. they were very patient and let us ask questions regarding the bed. Thee only thing I was disappointed with was the delivery and set up of the bed. A person makes a huge purchase over 9000.00. but you get charged for delivery and set up!! I do not feel that is right!! especially when they charge 200.00 for this service.
