Awesome Customer Service, their Employees knowledgable in everything I have ever needed help with, if one doesn't know they have another step in! Installing plumbing, electrical, home renovations, paint & painting, re-drilling a chair (incorrectly bored holes) & to installing the part to finish screwing together in assembling them, insulating windows for winter / summer. Which glue or adhesive to use, bug & yard spray, lawn & garden ANYTHING! Washers & parts for toilet & sinks..etc. they are the Best from beginning to end.

Always a great store for all different things. Only took a star off because It took me 10 minutes wandering to find help. I gave up on looking for one of the items and found the other before looking for help again. Decided to give up, and standing at checkout I got the attention of a young man. Either he tried to avoid me, or was zoned out for a minute. Ended up he couldn't find it and I was directed to look online. I feel like I have trouble finding help there too often, however when I get someone's attention who isn't already helping someone... they are usually very helpful. I hope that makes sense. In general it's a great store and I always go there first! Thanks!

Appliance purchases: Unless you go here specifically to have it shipped to your house at an inconvenient time, just go to menards. Good products but having to deal with delivery agencies has made me not want to buy appliances here.

Great staff and a well organized store. Look for clearance deals at the end of various aisles as well as discounted appliances in the back center of the store. Just ordered custom granite counters for our kitchen and laminate for three bathrooms, will update once the install is complete! Joann in kitchen design is a baller.
