Linda was great to work with while buying a couch! She looked up availability on different couches until I found the right one and gave me a few options for some that where in-stock! Overall a great experience.
I looked at mattresses, box springs and bed frames on the slumberland website then called my local store and talked over my selections with an associate. Not only was the woman knowledgeable and friendly, she was able to help me make a better choice for the mattress than what I had in mind. I now have my bed and I am extremely happy and I didn't have to go to the store in person.
They are very helpful and friendly. I have used the Grand Rapids location and the Hibbing location and they were both great! Also the delivery option to the house is amazing!
The sales staff was very helpful, and not pushy at all. I was very fortunate to choose a piece that was already in the warehouse, so I didn't have to wait for covid delays. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
