The store people are really wonderful and they listen to your needs and offer suggestions. I bought a sofa few months back. Unfortunately it got some tears and mechanism broke with normal use. Called them to get it fixed and no one shows up. After more than 6 months, I went to their store to enquire they give a card and ask you to call that number. That service department number asks you to go to a website and file a claim by logging into your account and there is no way to create a new account. If this is their level of customer service, god help those awesome people who work there
