I received great customer service for Leah today. There a problem with my account she fought to make sure it was fixed right. She was amazing!
I received very good help from Moe at the metro pcs on suburban ave in Saint Paul he went out of his way to set me up with a new phone and help me for another hour or so to get my phone fixed because I was having trouble getting and sending text messages and phone calls he is amazing and deserves a raise !!
They are always willing to be straightforward and honest about rates and what would be cheaper for you.
Not only is this the best deal in wireless, but the staff at this particular store are really friendly and helpful.
Nice place. The customer service is great. The only problem here is that this place doesn't unlock your phone for you. You will have to bring it to a different metro place.
