Drove to this store expressly to purchase a new phone. Nope not today! 4 PM on Friday the door was locked, lights were on but no one home. No signs except their hours sign which definitely showed they were to be open. Good for them they have had so many sales they did not want any more...I am off to spend my money somewhere where they want to take it.
I stopped in today at this location frustrated with my then current phone. This girl (I cannot remember her name but started I think with a K) helped me and was so quick and helpful in assisting me with my new phone and getting me out the door!! Thank you!
This is the best Metro I've been too and Garlands customer service is the best I've experienced at any metro! I will definitely be back for my upgrade and great customer service.
I went in to start a new account and take advantage of the free phone offer. Garland told me I had to sign up for the $50/month plan and not only did he secretly put me on the $60/month plan, he signed me up for a $10/month insurance plan that I neither asked for, nor did he tell me about! I confirmed this with customer service.nnNot only that, but I could've got the free phone with the $40/month plan which is what I wanted to begin with. Instead he charged me $70 for one month of service without informing me. Not to mention, he got upset with me and started shouting when I asked why the price was so high.nnAvoid this place like the plague!
