Wonderful selection of furniture. We've bought multiple pieces of furniture here; 2 beds, 2 couches, chair, bench, etc. Have always been very impressed. People on sales floor are always kind and informative. I like that they allow you space to look and are not overbearing, but are always right there if you have questions. We don't shop anywhere else for our furniture. Keep up the good work, guys!
Purchased a a recliner with heat and massage option. Chair came, but heating and massage element was broke. The chair also continued to rock once the footrest was put up. Took almost a month took get the part. Finally when they came to service the chair the guy was able to get it stop rocking. Now a couple of months later we are having the same issue. I am now getting the run around to get a confirmation of someone to come and fix the chair. We purchased the warranty. This is my mother's primary place of sleep. Keith the owner was extremely rude. Not helpful. Will not purchase from this place again or recommend this place!
Absolutely terrible service. Unwilling to accommodate on a date and time for delivery. We scheduled for delivery and it didn't show up at the time we were told I called and the gentleman I spoke with was very polite but not helpful what so ever. He said they scheduled delivery for the following week not this week. This is pathetic I am about 15-20 minutes away and would pick it up myself if I had a trailer but I dont. The guy said most orders are scheduled months out because manufacturers are behind on production. This is irrelevant to me because I purchased something that is in stock purposefully so that I didn't have to wait. Extemely disappointed, I will be sure to spread the word of my negative experience here with anyone looking to purchase furniture in the area. Word of mouth goes a long way and I wish this experience was different.
Great experience all around. Sara served as our salesman and was great to work with and we could not be happier with the end product. The delivery was great, arrived on time, and set everything up for us.nnWe spent two weekends in Minneapolis at a variety of stores with zero luck, took a minute to stop at Factory Direct and they had exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great experience, would highly recommend.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at factory direct for making the mattress buying process and delivery so painless!nI had a bad experience with another company in Mankato which resulted in a lot of frustration and anxiety for me. You all have made all of it disappear thanks to your wonderful customer service and transparency. Sincerely, thank you! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and told me things straight; I did not see any of this at the other mattress store. My mattress arrived on time and is 100 times more comfortable than my old one. Thank you so much! I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know who is in the market for any furniture!
