The sales person was very informative. She explained the different option I had and was not pushy to make a sale. Delivery was also very smooth I would recommend this company

The purchase experience was great. The staff member was knowledgable and answered all my questions. She did not pressure me into a purchase and once I made my decision, she processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I gave it four stars because I was not able to get a delivery time that was convenient for me. In the end, the delivery folks just dropped off the mattress and frame and I had to put it together. Very satisifed with the product and would definitely shop there again.

We have bought several mattresses from the Original Mattress Factory over our 20 years in the area, and always been happy. This last purchase is no exception, this was for a guest bedroom bed and we are very pleased with it.
