Went there to look at mattresses for my daughter. Individual working was very helpful and showed us a lot of options. He showed us their bargain area and ended up finding a memory foam mattress that my daughter really liked. He showed us what the clearance price was and it was to good to pass up so we ended up buying that mattress same day even though I hadn’t planned on buying one that day. Extremely happy with the service, price and quality of product!
The staff I worked with today are the biggest reason for my 5 star review. They were helpful, kind, value what I wanted in quality and budget, and not pushy at all. We had purchased a bed a couple years ago, ordered today, and we will be back soon to order another bed. They have good quality mattresses for all types of budgets which is great however it’s the kindness and feeling valued when I walk in that will bring me back every time I need a new mattress! Thank you!
Had shopped for days online. Stopped at Mattress Firm and they had exactly what I wanted. Plus, I got to lay on them to see if they were comfortable. Outstanding employee at the Cambridge, MN store. He was knowledgeable and understood my budget. Did not try to high pressure me into more expensive mattress. He did show me the power base and I learned valuable information for my personal purchase of a mattress. If I were purchasing for my own bedroom, I would have gone for the more expensive.
Great service by getting an understanding of our needs and wants, answering all questions and explaining differences between mattresses. Also very helpful in offering various options. No pressure, relaxed experience. Confident in our purchase.
