I don't understand the low rating for this place. I have been with T-Mobile for years and have been using this location. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. Never have I had a bad experience and even if I did, people need to show grade and let things go!

I had a great experience during my visit here. Despite the store being very busy, I got very prompt service. Brandon was extremely helpful and very courteous and knowledgeable. I’m so very impressed with my overall experience. Thank you Brandon.

I want to take a minute to shout out to Brandon at this location. After I spent 4 hour on the phone with Tmobile customer service and still didn't get the phone working. Brandon also spent 4 1/2 hour on the phone. Trying to make things work. He took this on himself and got the new phone working. I was ready to leave this company. Also shout out to Gage, I watched how he treated all his customers with great respect. All though one of the screamed at him for an hour. He never lost composure.nThanks again

I came back to the Cambridge Tmobile to look at new phones. I gave a previous review that they didn't have anything for a selection. However, I was given info that this changed.nnI went in to get a look at potential new phones. The new manager was yelling at his own employee in front of everybody on the floor. I got the impression of a very unprofessional management in general. Coming from someone who has previous management expierience, publicly reprimanding your employees is poor reputation and impression to the customers. You can tell this wasnt anything new for this manager (Ray). This also made me uncomfortable as a customer to continue to shop here.nnI left and recieved better service at the Blaine Tmobile . Highly reccomend Blaine over this.

Needed to update my phone to get on network so I could get better coverage. Just two employees there, and there were problems but working together they had the experience and know how to over come the problems. 3 stars is in regards to the T-Mobile being militant on masks. Only one other store has been that militant, that store I walked out on, however I had to put up with it in this situation updating my phone.
