I bought a PS4 from here back in November. It had a lot of problems with the hardware. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to switch it out or not but I called and Jordan helped me the whole time. He was very thorough through this process as it took over a week to be able to order another one because they were out of stock. He kept checking for a new one and called me right away to inform me they have a replacement for me. I am very impressed with the customer service and care from this store. Thank you and shout out to Jordan!
Scott was incredibly knowledgable and helpful with absolutely everything we had questions about- he went above and beyond to help make our visit a positive experience. The store was also very clean and Scott had been sanitizing countertops while we were in. Overall great dude, nice store, good experience.
Always get what I need, but I always feel awkward doing so. Can't stress enough how uncomfortable GameStop is on the regular.
Ok. I don't know the name of the guy who worked tonight (12/3/2020 4:30pm) but he was the best gamestop employee I have ever spoken to. I have ran into him a few times and he has always been amazing.nHe showed miraculous honesty and kind heartedness-nnI honestly feel he should get a raise. He is the only reason my fiance even agrees to go to gamestop due to him not liking the company.nnI'll be sure to get his name next time.
Great place for discounted games. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. They are passionate about games and knowledgeable.
