After waiting 8 months for a couch we got the couch. It arrived with a tear in the seam and an odor so strong that even putting a air purifier next to it could not remove. Although doc 86 did make it right by getting us a new couch, which did not smell, the power part doesn't work properly. So now we are left waiting AGAIN 2 weeks for a repair on a NEW couch. With all issues I really think it is time to start looking elsewhere for our furniture. Sad because this was our go to place for the longest time.
Robyn was very helpful us find the right recliner! But not pushy at all. Went in for 1 and bought 2.
Great place for first home buyer with finding everything you need and want that won’t break the bank! Trent was amazing, patient, and very friendly. He walked with us and our 5 months old around the store a dozen of times.
Selection in store was nice and varied and most were available for immediate delivery - a huge plus for our buying situation. Our sales associate, Lee, was not pushy nor did he used high pressure sales tactics. We knew what we wanted and he respected that and helped us by directing us to the specific items we needed. When one minor technical glitch came up he fixed the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. We are looking forward to our new furniture from Dock86 and can’t wait for its arrival in the next couple of days.
We were treated well and when asked about a different color he obliged us. We ended up buying the recliner we looked at in the color we wanted.
