We were looking for a very specific style of couch today and were happy to have found three. Was able to narrow it down to the one we ended up buying. It was a very easy shopping experience; great store layout and the employee who helped us was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to buy. She answered our questions and made great suggestions that put us at ease. Will definitely shop there again!

I would highly recommend working with Lee . He was friendly, knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to think outside the box. He walked the entire sales floor with my wife and I answering questions as they arose, while allowing us to browse and chat at our pace. This was a refreshing change from what seems to be the standard, over-burdening salesperson approach.nWe found an entertainment center we loved but didn't like the electric fireplace it was packaged to include. Lee worked with his manager to remove the fireplace from the package and sold us on a couch and love seat in the process.

Curtis was very knowledgeable and gave us the right amount of attention on the sales floor.nDelivery was messed up. Curt went above and beyond to get us our furniture when the delivery department would not. It was frustrating but curt stood behind the transaction w awesome service and made it right.
