Very poor service. I purchased a bathroom vanity and had it installed by them. I waited months to get it done, after I had paid for it. It literally fell apart the next week. Dealing with Mark was difficult. Their tile installer Manny, the best ever! He does great work installing tile.
I have purchased tile here a few times and have had pretty good experiences. My recent purchase in December has been horrible, I was quoted 2 weeks for some subway tile and some natural stone for a shower. It is now the 17th of February and still nothing, no call, no information have called them and went in twice and I am always assured that it will be in next week. Disappointed with the delivery and communication.

Highly Recommend!! Best customer service we have ever had with a busy place like the Tile Outlet. Mark, Colleen and their staff have been incredibly helpful with our selections, and always available to answer any questions we would have. As busy as they were, they always took the time to speak with us. By the time we finished our home remodel, we felt like they were family. Well done guys, and when we have our next project, we will be back. Thank you!
Ordered subway tile beginning of January and still no tile. Every week I call and they tell me they will call me back with an update but no call. When I finally do get an answer it is always it will be here next week. Extremely disappointed!! Going to start and look elsewhere and get my money back
