We chose this location based on reviews. However the experience was not worth the distance. Encouraged to order for home delivery of 2-3 days to get our preferred phone. Delivery was stated as 2-3 days multiple times z once a confirmation came from ATT it was processing for a 2-3 business WEEKS delivery. Deceitful business ethics. Tell the truth and let me decide what and if I choose to order.nCalling customer service was also a waste of time. They could not find the order nor tell me how to cancel it. Called 611 the next day and after 53 minutes and 2 associates no resolve for a cancellation. The store listing was open until 6:00. Another drive to the store to find a paper taped to the door stating closed on Sunday. We are unable according to ATT to go to a store that has our desired phones in stock for direct purchase until 24 hours following cancellation. ATT sales and app are worthless systems.
Liz was very, very helpful and went above and beyond to help us transfer our service from another carrier.
Very nice store Awesome and well informed staff very friendly
The service at this location was very good. We worked with the manager, Melissa, and she was nice, patient and knowledgeable about the phone and iPad. The only negative was that we could only purchase the phone on a monthly payment plan. Very good experience overall.
Super clean location , well merchandised and all the accessories you need. They have awesome deals on older accessories for older devices too. Check these guys out !
