Helped figure out getting the sound of my alarm to work.
So today I was so amazed at how wonderful the T-Mobile staff was. What a delight to walk into a store and get the customer service that I experienced. Hands down to Ryan and April. Not only were they very friendly, but really made me feel welcomed.nThese 2 are a great team.
The new store manager is very helpful and patient. He really did me a solid in upgrading my broken phone and service was very good! Prior staff and manager were a little rough, so the change was a breath of fresh air.
I always go to this location vs locations closer to me because I am always treated very well here. The workers are very friendly and help me quickly with my needs time after time! Would recommend to everyone!
Store was very well lit and clean. Was greeted immediately by welcoming faces. All personell was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions completely. 10/10 would visit this store again for my mobile needs.
