Verizon Rogers is fantastic! My family and I worked with Kelsey and she went above and beyond to help us! She fixed all our issues, including transferring an old-to-new phone, liquid screen protectors, and much more! She made everything incredibly easy, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable! Had an awesome experience here! Gina was not only a good sales person who tried to get me the best deal, her customer service was above and beyond most experiences I have had. Yesterday was a blizzard and I went in and only one lady was working because she was nice enough to let other employees get home early and safe the day before Christmas Eve! She was amazing! helped me with getting a line added to my account (which is why I went in the first place) but she was so helpful that I also got a new phone myself and she got me amazing deals on every accessory I needed! I would recommend the Rogers location to anyone looking to do business with actual people that care!
