Great people, they keep you working. It's a fantastic place to start a trucking career and the mileage pay is good. It has no cap limit so if you stay long enough you could easy make over a $1 a mile as a company driver and thats paid on loaded and unloaded miles
It's a good company to get you started OTR. But weekend support and planning could be better. If you have 0-5months exp. this is a good place. If you want to become a trainer this is a good place.

I left PTL after working here for almost 5yrs. Came back after 3wks. Because this is a wonderful place to work. The people are great. They do everything they can to make a driver happy. It took leaving to realize I was all ready with a great company!!!!
All this big company's mostly junk yard, you will babysit their trucks in the shop and on truck stop.nDivide how much you make on the hrs you dedicate, xou will be shoked, better go work as a security officer 10 box an hr, you will be making actually more, and less spends on expensive and unhealthy truck stop food.
