I went to the Alexandria location to update our phones on our plan. I was very specific with the sales person that all I wanted was new phones and did not want to change any service. We left after a good feeling only to find out that a service was added to my account for an additional 60.00 per month. It was not even discussed. When I called the same sales rep he said I would have to return to the store or try to remove it online or call AT&T customer service to try and figure it out. I am so frustrated as I had to spend almost two hours trying to straighten this out. The customer service rep told me that the store sales people do this all the time and create issues that the customer service department have to try and fix! Be careful if you are going in to the Alexandria Store.

Great service tonight. Staff listened, answered questions and efficiently handled upgrading a phone. Pleasant service and very knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys for a great experience!

I walked in on 1/13/21 right before close and had a great conversation with the gentleman there. He was very courteous and explained everything very well to me. I am very thankful to get as great a service I did.
