My not even two year old laptop shutdown on me. Dead. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop. Not able to deal with the wait of going through the Geek Squad, I decided to give Alex PC Tech a try. Man, I'm glad I did. Dropped it off and two hours later my laptop was back up and running. I'll be returning when the unfortunate need arises. Personable and professional service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I went into Alex PC Tech today after work (5:45ish) expecting to hear that the repair would cost a couple hundred dollars and take a week or so to fix. Not only was I treated so kindly inside, but he went through what he thought the situation was, what the costs would be if he was correct, and explained his plan so I knew what was happening. Pleasantly, the repair ended up being just a thorough cleaning and my computer works good as new. He called before I had even returned home with that update and said he would be done tonight. He had a mask on before I even entered and sanitized the surfaces as well. Alex turned a stressful situation into a simple and easy solution. I will be making this my one-stop computer repair shop.

I was so impressed. I brought in my broken laptop. He told me diagnostic can take up to two days, but he had it FIXED within just a few hours!!! So amazing! Will happily return and definitely recommend.

This place is amazing. He fixed all of my computer issues in 3 hours, which is much faster than I expected. He also communicated with me to get replacement parts right away. I am already recommending him to my family and friends.
