I am very disappointed in the quality of the online system. It comes off as a scheme. I ordered online and called my sister to let her know I had bought the item we had discussed getting our parents as a gift. She told me she had already bought the same one from here so I could return it. I immediately went back to my order to return the item. When I used the hyperlink for my order number in my confirmation email, the website said my item could not be found. I retried over the next 15 minutes and got the same response. Finally, after a few hours had passed the system was able to recognize the item. At this point it told me I could no longer return it because 30 minutes had passed, it offered the chat option. I tried it and it stated there were 27 people ahead of me, I waited and requested notifications, as the number went all the way down to me next it cut off and said me the wait was too long (but didn't send a notification) and requested I call. I called and restarted the chat, only to get the same result, 27 people ahead of me, it gets down to me, disconnects requests I call. On the phone call, it just took me in a loop. I do not see any possible way I could have cancelled my order within 30 minutes with the options I was given, seeing as none of them worked correctly.

Isles of treasures. I left with a cookie scoop on my most recent visit, a random purchase which can so easily happen at this store. The cashier was odd, but in a way that gives you a funny little story to share with others later in the day. Fun experience.

Love this store. Very nice and helpful employees. Not only explained how to get the right size and amount of curtains, but also went above and beyond to help mix and match colors and get exactly what we needed. And , great selections - always.

Super friendly staff, easy to work with. Small selection but store was very covid friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing.

Love this store especially during covid. The curbside delivery is perfect during covid. The selection, quality and prices have been outstanding for the items I've purchased. Great Autumn decorations and the Wamsutta Prima cotton bath towels I purchased as a gift were very nice.
