Unprofessional and rude! Went in to purchase a living room set with coffee tables and end tables. They REFUSED to sell it to me for CASH but would rent it to me! Never do business here. The customer service is terrible. Had to beg someone to even answer my questions. The store was very dirty. Went across the road to Ashley! Stay far away from this store. The customer isn’t respected or even wanted here.

Everyone was very professional and had great humor. The gentleman that assisted me was well spoken and answered all my questions and helped me choose the right television for my needs that also helped with my budget. The Manager Reagan Reece even took time from her being busy to introduce herself and welcome me to the Rent One family. The two guys that delivered the set was very careful with my new tv as well as being careful to not knock over anything in my home and to not scrape against anything. Then helped me to learn all the functions of my new set. Would recommend Rent One to anyone and I'll be a returning customer. We have been with rent one for a while. We have had a few problems but they have been dealt with in a quick and timely manner. No complaints here.

They call people who are behind due to a PANDEMIC AND NATIONAL EMERGENCY 4 times before noon! They ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS! The store manager is HORRIBLE and is running the store in the ground! Not sure where the last one went. BUT if they want this store to thrive and grow they will do EVERYTHING TO BRING HIM BACK! Your manager needs to be more understanding and willing to work with your customers. If it wasn’t for your customers you wouldn’t have a business. Because of the manager I will NEVER recommend y’all to anyone! I paid what I could and will get caught up when I get my unemployment! But instead of being understanding the manager wants to take my kids bed and furniture they have to sit on. Horrible company and horrible management!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
