Always a great place to go. The staff is friendly, and actually talks to you about the game your purchasing, whether they enjoy it or not. I've never had a bad experience here, and overall enjoy the place.
It was like a ghost town in there i remember when they first opened up and how packed it was now its not looking so good for them.
I unfortunately didn’t get the male workers name, but he was incredibly rude. I asked a question and he got mad at me, and started scolding me. Apparently people had been pranking them throughout the day. I was in no way pranking them. I asked a simple question if they had an item in stock, but he continued to be horrible.nI feel bad for the people who have to work with him. I’m sure he’s a real pleasure to work with. If you can I’d suggest going out of your way to another store or just ordering online. Do not pass go and do not shop at this store!
Spent 190+ on an elite controller, used the insurance to get another, and the assistant manager didn’t put my address number on the shipping address. The package was delivered to the wrong address and the same manager gave me the run around to talk to fedex. Terrible service since Ezekiel hasn’t been around.
