Tyler was so helpful and kind! I lost my phone and he did everything possible to get me a new phone as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgeable about how to problem solve and even gave me an old phone to use as my gps to get me home since I was out of state. I was so impressed with his customer service and willingness to work with me until we found a good solution!

Extremely helpful staff and no hassle like other carriers. Lower plan pricing and currently they have great deals, at the time of writing I have been with another brand for 16 years but the price kept rising. We are getting a better package with more devices for at least $150 less a month! It is definitely worth checking into!

Not a Sprint authorized retailer and therefore utterly useless to any Sprint customers who didnt buy their original phone there. They are aware that Customer Care recognizes them as a retailer and sends customers there but for some reason aren't doing anything to change that.

Never can fix phone want to sell u a new one. There are not enough towers in Kentucky.
