From the moment we walked in the door, the staff, especially Donald, were just wonderful to work with! Donald was kind, patient, polite and helpful. We asked a ton of questions about different living room sets and he looked into all of our questions thoroughly and with such a gracious attitude.nWe didn't even intend to buy the really beautiful set we ended up getting, but we are so glad we spent our money at Furniture Mart North Branch!
When we bought a house we went to many different furniture stores shopping for new furniture. By far Furniture Mart has been our favorite. They have excellent customer service: Donald and Mike are top notch employees that care about their customers! The delivery drivers are very friendly and are respectful of your home!nThey have great sales and prices on all of their inventory!nHighly recommend shopping here!
I am very please with the customer service here. Our first experience was mattress shopping. RUSS was amazing and helpful with everything. We went in to look at mattresses and left with an entire bedroom. I could not be any happier with our decision. The quality of the product is just as good as the service received, Flawless. Our second trip was to purchase a coffee table. This time we had the honor of meeting DONALD. He helped us find the exact table we had described to him. He was very helpful and will definitely find a way to get you the best deal possible. I want to thank the whole team for delivering the absolute best service possible and I will definitely be back in the future for more purchases. Donald and Russ, you guys are absolute ROCKSTARS! Donald was the first person to acknowledge our presents and ensure we were being assisted. Donald knew his products and how to sell the features that were important to us as we walked the floor. We were able to get the measurements and real cost with out a fluffed conversation. We enjoyed our experience with Donald and Cass and plan to be back soon to add to our home!
We bought a new house and did a lot of shopping at many different furniture stores and by far this is the best experience we have had. We worked with a Mike and Donald and both were great people. Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and their communication was fantastic.nthe delivery people were so friendly and respectful of your home as well.
