Expensive and quick to give late fees if you forget to pay on time. But employees have all been friendly
I had a problem with getting charged for 2 days even though I brought the trailer back the same day. I think there is something wrong with their computer system or process that is causing this issue for people. Initially I couldn't get ahold of anyone to correct the mistake. But I went in today to rent the trailer for another project and Mike the owner was there. I explained what happened the first time and he corrected the old mistake for me and recredited my card. I appreciate the friendly service. I think they need to figure out the situation for overcharging people... seems like if you bring the trailer back after hours then you could be charged twice. At least let the customers know of this issue. Also, I'd recommend reserving stuff for 23.5 hours instead of 24.
The store manager, Mike, is one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever met. And I’m a retail manager myself, so I know genuine people like him are hard to come by.nnI give this store 5/5 stars because their customer service was phenomenal!
The employees don’t wear masks despite a state mandate that every business needs to. Shop elsewhere.
Very rude manager. They did charge $20 extra although I returned trailer on time. I followed all the instructions given by customer service. But the reason they provided that I did not went online to check the trailer back in. They never told me that I had to go online and do it.nnAbove all, very extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. It’s not a matter of money, it’s a matter of principle for me.
